Customers selecting the COD payment method are required to remit 10% of the order value in advance at the time of order placement.
2. Purpose of Advance Payment:
The advance payment serves to confirm your order and facilitate timely processing and delivery.
3. Refund Policy for Advance Payment:
If your order is canceled by us or cannot be fulfilled for any reason, the advance payment will be refunded in full.
If you cancel your order prior to dispatch, the advance payment will be refunded after deducting applicable processing charges, if any.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions:
The advance payment is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except in cases where the delivered product is defective or differs from its description.
5. Final Payment:
The remaining balance shall be settled in cash with the delivery personnel upon receipt of the order.
